I mean, green sliders

what do you need:

  • 20 Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked to crispy then cut into squares
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup cranberries, cut into squares
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper

Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and then cook the onion until softened, about 5 to 6 minutes. Add garlic, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and chili powder to skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook and stir for 10 minutes, then remove from heat. Combine the olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then toss the Brussels sprouts into the mixture. In the same skillet, cook the Brussels sprouts until softened, about 15 minutes. To assemble the slider, place a piece of bacon and a square of Brie topped with onion jam between 2 Brussels sprouts. Secure with toothpicks.

Beef sliders and cheese sliders

what do you need:

  • 12 pretzel buns

to get the pie

  • 3/4 kilo of minced beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup of rusk
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper

To prepare the sauce

  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3/4 cup of beer
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • pinch of cayenne

Combine beef, eggs, garlic, breadcrumbs, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into 12 small patties and place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a preheated oven (400 F) for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. To prepare the sauce, melt the butter in a frying pan and then whisk it into the flour. Add beer and cook until reduced. Add the milk and bring to a simmer before stirring in the cheddar, mozzarella, chives, mustard, and chili pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the mixture until it thickens. Pour the sauce over the patties sandwiched between the pretzel buns to make the sliders.
