Great tutorial! I believe she’s using 1mm macrame cotton, which usually recommends hooks sizes 4.5mm – 5.5mm, with a 3mm crochet hook. I had to switch to a 4mm hook because I had to use too much force with the smaller hook and it was hurting my hands. There might be even smaller macrame cord out there, but if you’re using 1mm cord then I recommend you use a larger hook than in the video. Hope this helps!😘😘😘😘😘😘😘👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
